Raistone Supports Ronald McDonald House New York at 30th Annual Gala

Raistone is proud to support Ronald McDonald House New York, and this week attended the charity's 30th Annual Gala, raising funds for children and their families battling pediatric cancer and other serious illnesses.

The contribution from Raistone will support 15 family night stays at Ronald McDonald House New York. Representing Raistone at the gala were Qing Fan, Head of Trade Asset Distribution; Lyuba Nochkina, Assistant Vice President of Sales Operations and Enablement; and Wayne Domnitz, Chief Operating Officer.

Ronald McDonald House New York provides temporary housing for families battling pediatric cancer so that children can be close to the life-saving treatment and support they need. Raistone encourages donations to the organization, which can be given via their website.

The fundraiser honored Mastercard CEO Michael Miebach, who serves as a board member at large for Ronald McDonald House New York. Miebach was interviewed by a surprise guest: comedian and “The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah.

The other honorees at the Ronald McDonald House New York 30th Annual Gala were:

  • Susan J. Beane, MD — Executive Medical Director, Partnerships at Healthfirst
  • Albert A. Benchimol — President and Chief Executive Officer, AXIS Capital Holdings Limited
  • Dr. Sherrie Maricle — Leader and Drummer for the DIVA Jazz Orchestra & FIVE PLAY
  • Michael V. Marrale — Chief Executive Officer, M Science

Raistone is thrilled to see Mastercard’s involvement in such a worthwhile cause, as the two companies have also partnered to accelerate working capital payments to small- and medium-sized businesses, particularly women- and minority-owned business enterprises (WMBEs). This groundbreaking collaboration was recently recognized as one of the best partnerships in fintech.
