Raistone Named 2025-26 ‘Great Place To Work’

This year, 80% of employees said Raistone is a Great Place To Work, 23 points higher than the average U.S.-based company.

Raistone is proud to once again be recognized as a Great Place To Work®, a distinction based entirely on feedback from current employees about their experience working at the company.

The certification follows the completion of a companywide survey where all employees are invited to anonymously share their thoughts on topics like management, culture, benefits, and more. 2025 marks the second consecutive year Raistone has received this recognition.

Great Place To Work is a global leader in workplace culture, helping organizations create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience.

As a remote-first company, Raistone continues to invest in creating a positive company culture, embracing open communication among employees. Raistone maintains three main office locations: A corporate headquarters in New York City, the world’s financial capital; a technology hub in New Orleans; and an operations team based out of Salt Lake City.

“I’m proud Raistone has been named a Great Place To Work for the second year in a row. This achievement reflects the incredible team we’ve built here and their commitment to creating a culture driven by collaboration and shared purpose,” said Kristine Kaplun, Raistone Director of Human Resources.
