Meet the Team: Dan Jasinski, Vice President of Growth

Dan is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with strategic SaaS platforms, bringing sharp market insight and a strong belief in connecting the right partners at the right moment to the Alliances team.

Dan’s journey into fintech began early. As a student at Boston University studying economics, Dan landed an internship at Digimind that quickly evolved into a full-time business development role, igniting his ambition to build a lasting career in tech. Fintech naturally aligned with his interests in global economics, finance, and tech-innovation.

Dan embraced technical sales as a challenge and strength, approaching new conversations with purpose and value rather than pressure. His early success wasn’t just about technical knowledge. It was rooted in his ability to connect. That instinct was sharpened during his time at Boston University, which he describes as a true cultural melting pot and somewhere he met people from all over the world.

“Hearing their stories showed me how much you can learn just by listening,” he noted. “It made me want to be the kind of person who listens to understand, not to respond. Someone who fosters real human connections and brings people together.”

His work ethic and determination are deeply rooted in his family history. The son of Polish immigrant parents who sacrificed everything to build a new life, Dan learned early that life is short and demands giving 100% to what matters.

“Don’t be afraid to take risks and go for what you want,” he emphasized. For Dan’s parents, success came through building a network of trusted friends that became family, and that echoes in his approach to business and personal relationships today.

Dan continued building his career across fintech, SaaS, and B2B platforms, taking on progressively senior roles in sales and business development. He led sales development at ProcessUnity, progressed at Treasury Intelligence Solutions (TIS) from business development to sales and marketing operations, and supported CFOs at Kyriba by enabling them with treasury and liquidity SaaS solutions.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategic Sales and Alliances at Calculum, where he worked with procurement leaders to unlock working capital through AI-powered supply chain analytics. This is also where he first crossed paths with Raistone Director of Partner Acquisition, Terry Pierce.

Dan had long recognized Raistone’s growing strength in embedded finance, especially in B2B trade and larger transactions. The chance to continue working alongside Terry, a trusted mentor, combined with Raistone’s leadership in the space, made joining a natural next step.

At Raistone, Dan focuses on building and nurturing a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities, fostering trust with the right contacts, and positioning himself as the go-to resource when the right project arises. Rather than pushing sales prematurely, he invests in education and relationship-building, regularly engaging industry experts to ensure alignment before formal partnerships.

What Dan finds most rewarding is the appreciation from partners grateful for being introduced to new ideas and opportunities. He strives to be a trusted and reliable resource.

Looking ahead, Dan is energized by the vast opportunity to continue to uphold Raistone as the gold standard in embedded B2B trade finance. While the company is an industry leader, the industry is young with enormous growth potential, and that challenge drives him.

He also values Raistone’s open, collaborative culture and remote-first model. After 12 years in Boston, Dan and his partner fulfilled a dream of owning a home in a peaceful Vermont lake town, a setting that supports his personal and professional growth. The company’s supportive remote culture made this life balance possible, for which he’s deeply grateful.

Outside work, Dan stays active by mountain biking and playing tennis several times a week, relishing the chance to reclaim these hobbies after years in the Boston rat race — though he noted the food scene is one thing he misses about the city. He recommends visitors explore Vermont’s Smuggler’s Notch Distillery, famous for unique tastings like maple-infused whisky, or head to Stowe for skiing and adventure.

Dan’s deep connection to nature stems from childhood summers exploring waterfalls and swimming in Pennsylvania rivers. Returning to that lifestyle feels both natural and revitalizing, which is a welcome balance as he continues to grow in his career and life.
