Brittany collaborates with current and potential Raistone partners on building strategies that provide growth to partners and their clients through robust embedded trade finance solutions.
She began her career as a financial advisor at a national insurance company, providing consultative sales for insurance and investment planning. She soon also began developing the training and development program for a team of over 40 sales advisors, where she successfully implemented onboarding and training practices that resulted in doubling the firm’s production and moving their status nationwide to a top 20 firm.
After looking for a career change, Brittany was referred to a role at a working capital platform company where she gained invaluable experience learning the ins and outs of trade finance.
“One of my proudest accomplishments at this company was being a part of building out their Supply Chain Finance program from the ground up,” she shared. “During COVID, it became apparent that this type of financial solution would be extremely beneficial to solve working capital gaps. Through a lot of collaboration with other team members and partners, I was able to help the company launch this offering.”
Throughout her years in the trade finance industry, she built a strong network with other leaders in the finance and fintech spaces, one of those connections was with Raistone CEO Dave Skirzenski.
“After my initial conversation with Dave and understanding Raistone’s approach to delivering on-demand capital, I was excited about the impact I could make here because innovation is everything in the embedded finance world,” she said. “After learning more about Raistone from Dave and the leadership team, it quickly became clear to me that Raistone is a leader and will disrupt the finance industry when it comes to delivering working capital through embedded finance with our partners. I look forward to being able to drive that growth along with the other members of the Alliances team.”
Throughout her interview process and now in her role, she admired the Raistone team. “Everyone here, across all departments, drives towards success and consistently figures out innovative ways to solve problems and get the job done,” she shared.

At Raistone, Brittany, along with the broader Alliances team, onboards and manages relationships with business-to-business (B2B) platforms of all sizes in designing a strong partnership that produces a strong return on investment to all parties involved.
Brittany also emphasizes the importance of referral partner relationships in the finance industry. “I work very closely with our referral partners, such as banks and brokers, to help address working capital needs for their clients, ensuring that Raistone can be a one stop shop, delivering expertise and funding for their clients’ unique financing needs,” she shared.
She views Raistone’s partnerships as one of the key innovators to helping businesses get paid as soon as possible.
“A lot of the ways in which traditional banking systems operate are pretty antiquated,” Brittany explained. “Those systems don’t always excel at getting customers on-demand capital, but Raistone, through our embedded partners, has been able to allow these businesses to gain access to capital when they need it, providing them with the opportunity to control their cash flow and expand at a faster rate.”
Brittany particularly enjoys the opportunity to work with businesses across all industries and with business leaders from across the world. “I like to be challenged, so I love that I get to constantly strategize and look for unique ways to solve problems and create partner strategies,” she shared.
She emphasizes that the Raistone Alliances team takes a highly detailed and unique approach to partnerships, ensuring that everything is aligned before moving forward. “We understand that a one-size-fits-all solution is typically not the right approach. With every potential partner, we confirm that their client base and their processes align with Raistone’s, and that way everyone comes out a winner — Raistone, our clients, the partner, and their clients,” she explained.
When Brittany is not working to support our partners, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children. She and her family particularly enjoy taking their boat out and traveling along the Florida coast.
